Our work at Honey Rose & K is designed carefully and often incorporates vintage parts ranging from Victorian pieces to 1980’s vintage costume jewelry finds. For this reason, our products feature one-of-a-kind elements. Please note that most styles in our shop are marked with one of a kind. The unique aspect of each of our creations is a part of the charm inherent to our design.

The vintage patinas on many of our products are integral to our unique design. From time to time, we decide for aesthetic reasons to leave vintage parts as found in order to uphold their charm and age. 

We recommend that you avoid undue moisture and should your item get wet, make sure to dry it off. Certain metals and plating (specifically gold-plated) can tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals such as pool and sea water, hair spray, perfumes and lotions. It's recommended to put your jewelry on last to minimize the contact with these chemicals. Perspiration, which is essentially rich in sodium chloride – common salt, can also cause jewelry tarnishing, as may other agents such as perfume or deodorant sprays.

Per customers’ requests, we are happy to replace missing stones. Our earrings, necklaces and bracelets are made with silver or gold plated vintage and modern jewelry pieces.

We will send you an order confirmation once you place your order.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, we do reserve the right to cancel or decline your order for any reason and will contact you via phone or email should an issue arise.

Honey Rose & K ships USPS, Priority, 2-3 day with tracking. We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders and also ship internationally. For international expedited shipments, shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and have filled in your shipping preference. 

Honey Rose & K is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 


The cost of International Flat Rate Shipping is $25.00 USD.
International shipping is done using USPS (United States Postal Service) International Priority Mail.
Delivery is estimated at 10-14 business days for most major markets. Shipments to non-major markets may result in additional time. Additionally, jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs, which may add time as well.

A tracking number will be provided, but once it arrives in the destination country and is being handled by that postal service or customs, the tracking number may not be useable. Please call your local postal service to see if they can provide you with information.

Any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer.

Please ensure your address is correct as Honey Rose & K can not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.

Please note that USPS delivery quotes indicate the amount of time needed for shipping, but do not include the time needed to prepare your order.  Most pieces are ready for shipping within 4-6 days of ordering, but some orders require additional time in production since the majority of our work is made by hand out of our Columbus, OH studio.  Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM EST, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

All orders shipped overseas and to Canada are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties.  These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are not included in Honey Rose & K’s quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.  If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US.

Return Policy

Honey Rose & K is dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.  If you are unsatisfied with a purchase please return it to our studio address for a full refund, exchange, or credit.  For a full refund, merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days of your payment receipt and be in original unused condition.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized or sale items.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To return or exchange an item please contact us first and we’ll provide you with our studio address.  Please make sure to include whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another style. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post.  Honey Rose & K is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Sale items & items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To request a repair please email and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

To request a repair for common issues such as broken links or chain, please email us with ALL details listed below to receive a repair authorization:

1. Contact name and phone number
2. Proof of purchase (ex. order confirmation email or receipt)
3. Image(s) of damaged item(s)
4. Brief description of the requested repair

Upon receipt of the above details, we will assess repair and provide authorization along with return instructions. Please note that repair authorization is issued on a case by case basis and may not be granted if damage is found to be caused by foregoing proper jewelry care. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for repair to be completed.
If your purchase is older than six months, you will be charged a flat rate of $30. For more extensive repairs additional fees based on labor and cost of materials may apply. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We are not responsible for shipping the repairs to us or back to the customer. 

Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. 

For items bought through our stockist locations, please return the damaged item to the store where it was purchased. We defer to each retailer’s return policy in this case.
