Paula is from Upper Arlington and lives here with her husband and 2 children. She's not only an accomplished realtor, but she also is involved with many non-profit organizations in Central Ohio. You'll likely see Paula working, exercising (barre class, tennis or running), volunteering or shuttling her kids to and from activities.

We all have that one go to dress in our closet. It takes you from work to date night to girls night to kids choir concert to grocery shopping. It is tried and true.

I'm a bit crazy when it comes to who I love. These women owned companies are not just businesses. They are supportive to the community, they help others in need, they raise children, they foster friendships and they work as hard as anyone I know. They also answer every email and text you send them. As silly as that sounds it's true. If you need something, they respond. Meet the ladies I respect who run kick-ass creative small businesses and succeed.
Please think of them all year round, not just today.
